Will the product I have ordered look exactly like the one on the website?

If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock or unavailable, or we determine that a new item we’ve purchased makes your basket even better than the one pictured, then the item(s) will be substituted with a similar item(s) of equal or greater value. Doing so ensures that your order is still delivered in a timely manner and you are gifting the best basket possible.
