Substitutions & Out of Stock Products

Will the product I have ordered look exactly like the one on the website?

We are constantly getting in new items, and are always doing our best to continuously improve our baskets in every way, including value and presentation.  If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock or unavailable, or we determine that a new item we’ve purchased makes your basket even better than the one pictured, then the item(s) will be substituted with a similar item(s) of equal or greater value.  Doing so ensures that your order is still delivered in a timely manner and you are gifting the best basket possible.

Please understand that the utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure it is as similar as possible, despite the adjustments made.  Our top priority is your satisfaction and we are here to make YOU look good.

What Is Your Substitution policy?

Our “substitution policy” is a clause explaining our need/desire to sometimes replace advertised products with alternative items in order to fulfill orders in a timely manner, such as when an item is out of stock or unavailable.  This can also occur when we have purchased a new item that we believe will add even more value or more attractive presentation to the basket that was originally pictured. Under these circumstances, we will replace said item(s) with a similar product of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the customer, sender, or recipient. Substitutions are actually quite common within the gifting and gift basket industry, as products are constantly changing on an ongoing basis after product details and photos have been published on our website. Some items may be temporarily unavailable due to various reasons beyond our immediate control, under which circumstances we reserve the right to substitute such items with similar products of equal or greater value to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner without incurring further delays. Please keep in mind that your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  We will do everything possible to make sure each of your baskets has the WOW factor!  We truly want to become your partner in gifting.
