Because each item is made to order and each piece of wood is unique, the products you receive may vary slightly from the pictures. Due to the process of laser cutting & engraving, there may be minor smudges or imperfections. We do quality check each of our products before shipping, but some minor wood burn marks are a normal part of the laser process.
