No, you will receive the same great service whether you are ordering 1 basket or 100!

Do you wrap your baskets?

Yes.  All of our baskets are cellophane wrapped and are tied with a color coordinating ribbon.  Presentation matters, and our goal is to make you look great, and to create a lasting impression for your recipient!

Do you work with corporations?

Yes, we welcome corporate work. We can design and create as many or as few baskets for your clients, associates, and employees.  Feel free to order online, or call us at 614-594-9550 with any special requests or preferences.

How far in advance of an occasion should I place my order?

When it comes to ordering your gifts, there is no such thing as ordering “too early”.  In fact, we encourage customers to place their orders in advance to avoid potential stress or delays that could arise as a result of ordering at the last minute. When placing an order in advance, simply choose your preferred delivery date and we’ll schedule the order to be dispatched and delivered accordingly.

Can I add a personal message to my order? Is it free?

Yes, definitely! Our customers have the option to add a free, personalized message to any new order they place. While placing your order online, you will be prompted at checkout to enter your personal message. Simply enter the full text for the message and we will include this to your recipient(s).

Messages are strongly encouraged because they offer customers a quick, easy way to make sure their recipients know who their gift is from. If you realize you’ve forgotten to write a message after you’ve placed your order, simply e-mail us with what you wish to include and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, you can safely and securely place your order by telephone or email depending on your preference. Customers can also place their orders online via our website at any time, 24/7. Do you send an order confirmation?

Yes, of course! Within minutes of successfully completing an order, all customers are automatically emailed an order confirmation/proof of purchase, which contains their order number and receipt, as well as a complete summary of their purchase. Customers may also respond directly to this email to reach customer service at any time. If you do not receive your receipt via email within an hour of placing the order, customers are advised to check their junk/spam folder prior to contacting us.

If you are still unable to locate your receipt after checking your inbox, you possibly misspelled/mistyped your email address or accidentally deleted the email; please contact us and we’ll happily re-send your receipt. Please Note: We do not include physical copies of receipts, invoices, or pricing in delivered orders.

How long does it take to process my order?

Typically, we process orders in 3-7 days. For quicker service or special requests, please contact us at 614-594-9550 so that we can attempt to expedite your order. As your partner in gifting, we want to make sure you have exactly what you need, before you need it! We will do our very best to process orders as quickly as you need them based on time of year, order volume, etc.

How do I make a change to my order?

Once customers submit payment for an order, the order is immediately considered to be “processed”. Therefore, canceling or changing an order that has already been placed is never guaranteed – especially during any holiday or particularly busy period.

If an urgent change is required for an existing order, including address changes, customers are encouraged to contact us at 614-594-9550 immediately upon placing the order to determine if the change is possible. Again, once the details of an order have been forwarded to production or shipping, we can not guarantee the ability to make changes, and customers whose changes can not be accommodated will not be eligible for refunds/cancellations.

During holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), at least seven days’ notice is required for all order changes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will still try our very best to accommodate however possible.

Can I correct or change an address after I have ordered?

We understand that mistakes happen and plans change; if you realize you’ve mistakenly a shipping address or require an address change, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the address, before the order has been shipped or fulfilled.

Can my gift be returned?

Every order is custom and tailor-made to suit each customer’s needs and preferences on an individual, per-order basis, which requires time and dedication. Due to the nature of our items, many of our products cannot simply be reused or re-sold to future customers, even if they are returned in good condition and unopened.  That being said, we will do our very best to accommodate you and do an exchange for non-customized items.  However, we are not able to provide refunds on laser engraved or etched products once proofs have been approved since they are customized to each client. 

How can I cancel my order?

Once customers submit payment for an order, the order is immediately considered to be “processed” and starting to be designed. Therefore, canceling an order that has already been placed is never guaranteed – especially during any holiday or particularly busy period.

If an urgent change is required for an existing order, including address or product changes, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately upon placing the order at 614-594-9550 to determine if the change is possible.  We are definitely reasonable, but we reserve the right to deny a cancellation request.
